Registration Fees:

1. Participants with submitted paper / Other members of the EFA:
(Participants who paid 50 Euro paper submission fee are already members of the European Finance Association for 2010. This also includes the subscription to the Review of Finance (4 issues per year)).

2. Participant without submitted paper / Participants who are not yet members of the EFA:
The registration fee includes 50 Euro membership fee of the European Finance Association for 2010 and subscription to the Review of Finance (4 issues per year).

Fee coverage 

• Admission to all academic sessions (August 26 and 27 - whole day, August 28 - half day)
• Welcome reception (August 25 - early evening)**
• Refreshments during breaks.
• 3 conference lunches (August 26, 27 and 28)***

Not included

Admission fee for conference dinner (August 27 - evening)**: 

50 Euro per Person

Notes

*Ph.D. students must show their student ID card at the registration.

** Participants as well as accompanying persons are welcome.

*** Participants only. Lunches for accompanying persons will be available at the registration.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the registration fee minus handling charges (€40) will be refunded, provided the cancellation is made in writing up to July 1, 2010. After this date no refund can be made for cancellations.

Disclaimer

The participant acknowledges that he / she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. Upon registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
